The Da Vinci Crap

I really can't be bothered to discuss just how horribly HORRIBLY dull it was, so I will just say to click here and read the Pajiba review of it. It's a masterpiece of a review, infinitely more entertaining than the film itself.

Having read the book, I wondered how 500 pages of exposition would be turned into a thriller.

And when I heard Akiva Goldsman was responsible for the screenplay, I knew it wouldn't be.

Sighhhhhhhhhhhh. Now to see the Dark Phoenix story destroyed in yet another overdone X-men movie.

As for Hanks, well, playing the tiresome pedant Robert Langdon represents perhaps the final step in the Costnerization of his career.

That could be the meanest thing I've ever read in a review, and as such, was totally awesome.
